elf1 > There were lots of displays with cool, large-scale printouts with color photos and detailed explanations, plus hands-on equipment like this microscope and plenty of experts who were eager to talk about what they were doing. Couldn't really take photos of the video presentation--the most interesting? The "spook fish", like something from another world (I guess it is, really)--its head is transparent, and its bright green eyeballs are INSIDE the head and pointed eternally upwards. Wish I could find a photo of that particular species--it's VERY weird, but apparently never before (or rarely) photographed.
